Holy fucking shit! Man, I remember seeing this band open for HYPOCRISY and thinking they were cool, but nothing special at all. But oh my Jesus Christ! This cd has the hardest, most concrete production I have ever heard, and I simply do not even know where to start as far as describing the sound.
All I know is that it rivals the latest CROWBAR for heaviness and the production is so fucking slammin’! It’s like, “Man, what is this shit?” It’s like modern PRIEST. It’s got more riffs than fuck. I don’t even know where to begin. It’s like HATEBREED meets Rob Halford with some great clean vocal hooks. Man, my pancreas hurts. This is so fuckin’ no frills. It’s just madness! It’s what GARDENIAN should sound like. Pull all of the polish off of Sindustries and lose the Swedish grove, add a little ANTHRAX/SOD riffage and a HATEBREED drum line. Wow! Goddamn! This is heavier than the chick who liked me in junior high who seriously took a photo of her naked white ass on a pool table, and I don’t recall ever seeing the pockets. *shivers* Oh fuck! I’m going to puke.
This cd is anger and harshness. Wow! I may have found a new, fav band for the week!
