Ok. A lot of people go apeshit over an album that is PINK FLOYD-influenced and very spacey. I guess this is some sort of accomplishment for a band that used to play metal. I do not fall for it because it’s just too easy to do. Anyone can take their sound and convert it to a PINK FLOYD clone and make it seem like they smoke out all day and all of a sudden that makes them a super band and intelligent for some reason. That’s the report I was getting on this album--a PINK FLOYD-influenced album full of insight.......... zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz wake me when it’s over. But truth is, this is not what I call a PINK FLOYD-type album. This is industrial goth in the vein of modern day SENTENCED with a touch of TYPE O NEGATIVE, with some good catchy hooks. This album, however, will not only supply you with some good bong-hitting music, but will also double as a good rack on the dance floor CD or as a metronome for some good kinky sex. (I suggest pulling the sheets off of your waterbed and applying baby oil for a slipping good time!) This is for those people who think grocery shopping is goth and the more pins you have in your face, the better looking you are! It’s not metal in any way, shape, or form, but that does not mean it does not have great qualities! This is where I see AMORPHIS an about 5 years! Check it out, and drop a few hits when looking over the cover art!
